NASA has asked for the forms 34A from the IEBC. Through the elections coordinator Musalia Mudavadi, they tabled a request on Monday and IEBC has failed to honor.

"The failure can only lead to a conclusion that the forms do not exist and the commission is busy generating fake forms to justify its declaration of results made on August 11," reads the statement.

NASA says its chief agents have been requesting IEBC chair Wafula Chebukati to avail the forms since Saturday without success. "The said forms cannot be traced or accessed on the commission's online portal," the coalition says.

IEBC has already published forms 34A from 40,883 polling stations on presidential results announced on Friday night where President Uhuru Kenyatta was announced, winner.

The IEBC has told the NASA team to be patient as the forms have not been fully collected and some have been misplaced. The IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba has told them to wait for at least a week before the forms will be available to them. The statement shocked the opposition as the same forms were used to announce the winner last Friday.

CEO Ezra Chiloba, in an August 14 letter, said the commission would immediately provide all the forms 34B as requested.

"We are, however, not able to supply forms 34A at the moment. The same shall be made available to you as soon as possible," he said.

"Kindly bear with us as we work round the clock to serve you," he added.

NASA wrote to the commission on Monday requesting for the forms to enable it to assess the validity of presidential results.

Another Presidential candidate also faulted the results despite conceded defeat last week. "Our statement was clear. While we accepted the results then, we also noted a problem with the transmission. We promised to file a report," Ekuru Aukot said.

The majority of NASA supporters claim that the IEBC has no 34A forms and now they are busy doctoring and calculating results to tally with the 34B forms from constituency level.
