Siaya Senator James Orengo has refuted the claims that the NASA leader Raila Odinga resigned from the race as he sensed a defeat. Senator Orengo said that the withdrawal from the race was well calculated knowing that the IEBC and Jubilee lawyers did not read the constitution properly and are in the darkness.

He also talked about the murder of the IEBC IT expert Msando that his blood and other people blood murdered by Jubilee is still fresh and they will eventually know the truth.

"They have forgotten about Msando yet his blood is still begging for justice. You can kill some people some time but you cannot kill all the people all the time. One day justice will prevail," Orengo said.

He said it was worth noting that police provided adequate security to all NASA protesters and even repulsed members of Nairobi business community who had come to confront them.

"We are happy that police have done a good job. We do not have issues with the police neither do they, we are peaceful demonstrators and this should be the spirit," Muthama said.

Muthama asked security agents not to kill innocent protesters expressing their displeasure with the current regime.

"With the High Court ruling that Ekuru Aukot is included to the ballot, we can all tell IEBC lawyers are either clueless or ill-advising the commission," he added.

The Jubilee and NASA are in political games citing about the tyranny of brains not numbers as chest thumbed by Jubilee. "We got the Jubilee pants down on this matter and they do not know what else to do. The constitution does not allow swearing in of Uhuru Kenyatta where his term ends in first of November. " stated Muthama.
