The Embakasi east Mp Babu Owino has been arrested for bullying and beating Nairobi county parking fees attendant after refusing to pay the parking fees. The legislature bodyguards descended on the attendant until he was admitted to Hospital.
The controversial legislature was later arrested and taken to Police station where he recorded a statement. The Mp has been in such circumstances since he assumed into the constituency seat.
This is a third time, the same Legislature has been beating up attendants in Nairobi without actions taken. According to the Nairobi Police boss Japhet Koome, the M.P will be fined and be warned. He was mandated to pay the Hospital bill of the injured attendant.
