Nairobi MCAs have joined hands to impeach their speaker Beatrice Elachi over allegations of colluding the county activities with the state machinery in frustrating the governor Mike Sonko effort to rid out cartels.
The MCAs said that they are in the final stages of kicking out the speaker. She has also been allegedly found to seduce members of the county assembly to conjure bills and motions purported to be state driven.
Nairobi County Assembly Speaker Beatrice Elachi facing impeachment as MCAs prepare ouster motion citing abuse of office as well. She was found to be colluding with outsiders to revoke some tenders using her powers and assigning duties to people she loves but not according to chapter 6 of the constitution.
