The cord team yesterday marked the third demonstration over Independent and boundaries electoral commission office removal. The protest was also joined by some members from KANU and they headed to the anniversary towers in Nairobi.

Raila Odinga armoured car was hit by a live bullet from the police and now the CORD experts said that he was the target. These allegations were speculated by the CORD team that the police target was BABA. The allegation went viral over the social media yesterday but police yet to confirm. The CORD team has been in demonstrations every Monday until the last Monday was the third one.

A man by the name Japheth Morocco who is an activist was also severely injured on the head during the incident. The police have denied being facilitated the injuries but the activist said the bullet came fro the police side who fired live bullets. This was an order from the police bosses claimed by the-the CORD legislators.

Raila assasinations.

The legislators who were in the demonstrations, led by Ruaraka MP TJ Kajwang, Kisumu Senator Anyang Nyong’o, Ugunja MP Opiyo Wandayi and Mbita MP Millie Odhiambo, led the protesters in a procession from Uhuru Park, through Haile Selassie Avenue and Moi Avenue to Kenyatta Avenue roundabout where they were joined by CORD leaders Raila Odinga, Moses Wetangula and Kalonzo Musyoka, Siaya Senator James Orengo,  Johnson Muthama and KANU Secretary General Nick Salat on the other side.

Other demonstrations were planned to be next Monday as usual until the IEBC move out of their offices. The CORD principles dismissed the court procedure as a waste of time with no fruits. The court is compromised by few individual from the government so the remaining way is to protest and obstruct everything.
