DP William Ruto worried for the Jubilee Vote trend in Rift Valley blocking tyranny of Numbers.

The Deputy president William Ruto and his team are worried following a major blow in the South rift. The Jubilee party candidates who lost in the party nominations all decamped Jubilee and joined NASA.


It is claimed by the Opposition coalition that at least 2000 aspirants and campaigners decamped Jubilee to NASA. The reasons that the people gave is all about the shambolic nominations and support from Jubilee leadership to some Aspirants. The Majority of the aspirants said that they will support Kajiado Governor Dr David Nkedianye and NASA in the whole Maasai land campaign.


The former interior security CS Joseph Ole Lenku is alleged to sidelined some aspirants in the party as he got directives from above.


The Uasin Gishu gubernatorial aspirant and businessman Bundatoch Kiprop famously known as BUZEKI also criticised the Jubilee party for not having proper mechanisms in dealing with party primaries.


The DP William Ruto a headache in South Rift comes a month after the Turkana Governor was listed among the NASA campaigners in the North rift. The people of Turkana claimed that jubilee has failed and None of the Turkana people will vote for the Jubilee party.


Some of the Central Rift council of elders from different clans of the Kalenjin Community backed Isaac Ruto in the bid of uniting Kalenjins through his party Chama Cha Mashinani. According to the elders, they said that Kalenjin community will vote for only two parties as the majority; CCM and KANU. Jubilee will be the least of all and also will depend on the candidate holding the party ticket.
