Malindi high court has dismissed the petition filed by Ganze Jubilee candidate Peter Safari Shehe against the current MP Teddy Mwambire. The High court judge Justice W. Korir dismissed the petition filed on behalf of the former MP Peter Shehe saying it did not satisfy petition requirements where results of the other candidate were not stated nor argued.
Other petitions that were dismissed include the Kazungu Samwel Kambi against current Governor Amason Jefwa Kingi and Gideon Maitha Mung'aro against the same respondent above.
The high court ordered the petitioner who is Peter safari Shehe to accompany his files with Ksh 2.5 Million as the cost of the petition. The Ganze legislature was elected by the people of Ganze according to the rule of law and will of the people.
