The NASA coalition has issued a list of the people who will behind the peoples' assembly and sucession. The list head by David Ndii will move forward in passing motions in their stronghold counties first before engaging in the other counties.


The first motion and which is ongoing is the peoples' assembly. The second motion will be the sucession motion where we will have people republic and the central republic of Kenya.


David Ndii is also committed to structure constitutionals of the peoples' republic and engages in international laws of sucession assisted by prof YashPal Ghai who was among the people drafted the Kenya constitution.


The committee will present its report to the Nasa principals before December 12 a date the opposition leader Raila Odinga said he will be sworn in as the people's president.


Other members of the committee include former nominated senator Judy Sijeny, Oduor Ong'wen, Dr Mutahi Kangu, Peter Mathuki, Hamida Kibwana and Koitamet Olekina.

"Kenyans have been asking us about the way forward after the election, today we have unveiled a committee that will continue to update the people on the way forward," said Senator Muthama.

"That court was not constitutional and was pushed by busybodies," Khalwale said.
He said so far 15 counties have passed the motion and others will follow soon.

The leaders of the peoples' assembly will be former Machakos Senator Johnstone Muthama and former Kakamega Senator Bonny Khalwale.
