Miguna Miguna shot by plain cloth Police outside CBA before his arrest.  He was from a travel agency where he bought a ticket for travelling today night. "I do not know the reason of the arrest and shooting but will hear them what they will me." he said in an SMS to his family.


He was expected to travel to Canada but Police intercepted him and shot his leg before arresting and took him to an unknown police station. It was earlier reported that Miguna Miguna was arrested with Ruaraka MP. TJ Kajwang over the yesterday swearing in.


Interior CS secretary Fred Matiang said the crackdown will continue until all the leaders who participated in the illegal swearing-in are arrested and taken to court.  According to CS Fred Matiang, the crackdown will involve all special unit Police and will move across the country to arrest all of them who participated.
