It is the Safaricom anniversary week. Customers who have loyal and used a lot of data will be refunded their data on the "Safaricom Asante Data Sunday" anniversary campaign.
Safaricom customers will get a refund of all the data they use on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th November 2018. Through a promotion dubbed “Asante Data Sunday,” Safaricom says Customers will receive the free data bonus on Sunday 25th November 2018 for use the entire day starting midnight to 11:59 PM.
According to Charles Kare, Director – Consumer Business, Safaricom the Asante Data Sunday’’ promotion is part of the company’s 18-year anniversary “Nawe Kila Wakati” campaign and is designed to thank our customers for their trust and loyalty over the years.
‘’We remain mindful that the success we have achieved in building a world-class mobile broadband network has only been possible due to the immense trust of more than 17 million customers who use our data network every month,” he said
Starting 23rd November 2018, customers can dial *444*20# to view their accumulated data usage and to check their bonus data balance. The bonus data will be consumed first before other existing or purchased data bundles.
Safaricom has been getting back customers after a long fight between the government and opposition. This anniversary is also a benefit of the handshake.
Safaricom subscribers will have something to smile once more before another refund on Jamhuri day. Other companies just shocked for the rate at which Safaricom regains momentum after last years tribulations. The company, however, has ordered all its employees to assist anyone whenever there is network outage or need just support.
