Buses and trucks find it hard to maneuver and forced drivers to switch off engine overnight. Motorists spent a night at Tsavo following a 5Km traffic caused by an accident.

The gridlock started at around 2 am on Thursday after two trucks were involved in an accident, blocking both sides of the lanes.

Mtito Andei traffic police boss Mr. Mike Mbugua confirmed the crash saying it occurred at Man-Eaters.

Road users were unsatisfied with how the traffic managed the situation, citing that a single accident cannot have motorist spend overnight in trucks/buses, etc

"If an accident happens we need people on the ground to act faster. Breakdowns and Police should act immediately." Jacob Lumumba a truck driver said.
