MPESA, KPLC Tokens new scandal frustrate Kenyans

MPESA transactions for power bills have frustrated Kenyans as tokens have not been delivered for two days in a row. It looks like another scandal is being prepared at Kenya power.

"KPLC has lost 35 Million and we are doing an audit of the cartels who have encroached MPESA illicit and fraud business. " says Eng. Jared Othieno Md of KPLC.

Kenyans cry foul as MPESA continue to swindle as cartels milk Kenyans dry. Kenyans to continue wasting their cash on KPLC MPESA pay bill numbers which transaction goes through but nothing delivered.

@KenyaPower_Care I bought tokens worth Kshs. 200 for account number 14283638360 via Mpesa yesterday at 8.48 pm. The amount was deducted from my Mpesa account but i have not received the message from KPLC.

According to Kenyans on Twitter, they are frustrated by how the power company reluctant on the tokens situation. People want KPLC to give out a statement as to why tokens are not delivered.
