NARC Leader Martha Karua appeal case has been dismissed. The petition against Governor Anne Waiguru dismissed due to insufficient evidence.

Narc-Kenya Party leader Martha Karua has been dealt a blow after the Supreme Court on Tuesday dismissed her petition challenging the election of Kirinyaga Governor Ann Waiguru.

Martha Karua indicated that there was bribery claims and voters displacement.

Court of appeal dismissed her case citing insufficient evidence. The court upheld Governor Waiguru citing she fairly won the seat.
