A new case of Ebola reported in Congo. Rwanda has blocked its border with Congo to contain the disease.

The fourth case of Ebola has been confirmed in the eastern Congo city of Goma, the Congo government said late on Thursday, as the disease spreads in a city of more than 1 million people.

A girl also tested positive for Ebola, and nearly 200 contacts of the man have been tracked, 160 of whom were vaccinated.

Ebola has been a deadly contiguous disease. Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda and Congo are the countries associated with Ebola in East and Central Africa
