Liverpool beats Norwich in the opening game. By half time Liverpool had 4 goals from Van Djik, Moh Salah and Firminho.

Norwich got a controversial goal but it was accepted. Liverpool beat Norwich at Anfield 4-1 in the opening EPL match. 

"Liverpool is immense, clearly, but they haven't opened Norwich up more than a couple of times. Still, their threat comes from everywhere, and Alexander-Arnold's crossing was just one too many worries for Norwich to handle." Commentator Steve Bruce said.

First EPL game had many goals compared to last seasons' match which had only 3 goals.
