The motor vehicle-KCE 920E Voxy which was used by the thieves to ferry 72 Million stolen from G4S transit car was recovered at a garage in Kikuyu while being repainted from white to black. 


The police also arrested the owner of the garage for repainting a vehicle which was used in the theft. The owner of the garage who doubles to be a gospel artist and chairman of gospel rap artists in mt. Kenya. 



Gospel rapper, Patrick Kagaba alias Kamlesh Kagaba, is in police custody after he was arrested on Friday, September 7, 2019, in connection to the Ksh72 million bank heist that happened on Thursday, September 5.


Brother Kamlesh Kagaba arrest is a case of mistaken identity according to church and family members. "He is not a criminal and must be freed," church members protest.
