Court sets Kiharu Mp Ndini Nyoro free for lack of evidence and documentation. The court could not get a damn evidence or documentation of his charges.

The legislature who was at the centre of turmoil in a Murang'a church, was freed by the court on Tuesday for lack of a prosecution file. 

Deputy DPP Sebastian Mutinda on Tuesday told a Murang’a court that his office is yet to receive any charges against the MP.

"I have not received anything from the prosecutors. Nobody has given me any piece of writing it any charges" deputy DPP claims.

The MP was present in court after his dramatic arrest on Monday night at another Muran g' a church, but the magistrate freed him, saying the case could not proceed without a file.

Hon. Nandini Nyoro has been at the center staging chaos and fracas. He started fist fight with Nominated Mp Maina Kamanda then followed a dramatic TV show where he was to be arrested.
