Four people attended the county finance bill public participation forum at Kisauni, Mombasa

Mombasa county assembly members found themselves alone in Kisauni after residents abandoned or boycotted the public participation forum saying the forums do not have any impact or changes in the real budgets.

PUBLIC SHAME 

"The purported public participation forum in kisauni sub-county on finance bill organized by Mombasa County Assembly was not attended because of few individuals distracting and Politicking it?" A Kisauni MCA said.

"Only 4 people attended plus county Assembly staff," he added.
