Meru pastor charged for defiling his Sunday school church minor

A Pastor in Meru is charged for defiling a minor who happened to be his church Sunday school follower.  The pastor has been blackmailing the minor and sleeping with her for more than three years.

The claimed victim, now aged 19, said the pastor, Charles Mwithalii Kobia, had sneaked back to the house in Laare, where she was taking care of the children, and defiled her. That's when it started back in 2014.

 The clergyman had pledged the girl, who is now a youth group member in the church, that he would help her raise fees to join a local secondary school as her parents could not afford it.

All the actions happened when the wife was absent. The pastor has been defiling the minor in front of his small children as the court in Meru stated.
