We wish to condemn strongly false information being peddled through social media to the effect that one Kennedy Ombima @RabbitTheKing has been summoned. Nobody from @DCI_Kenya has summoned him| @bonifacemwangi |@citizentvkenya https://t.co/aeEZ7JQEZS— DCI KENYA (@DCI_Kenya) December 17, 2019
The DCI forgot that news anchors and reporters from different Media channels were heading to DCI offices along Kiambu road where KingKaka was held.
According to Ahmednasir, the NYS saga that scammed taxpayers millions of shillings was and still is a matter of public interest whose commentaries should not be treated as defamation.
I have just been summoned by The CID.— KING KAKA (@RabbitTheKing) December 17, 2019
The NYS lost about KSh 791 million in irregular tendering process during the period the governor was serving as the Cabinet secretary for Devolution.
Due to public demand, I confirm my availability and willingness to act for him, as #WaiguruSuesKingKaka. Let the Governor know that the ill conceived suit will be defended strenuously at her expense and costs. It is obvious how this will end. Once more, #IstandWithKingKaka. ^DoS— Nelson Havi (@NelsonHavi) December 17, 2019
