Coverage; DCI summon KingKaka as five City lawyers offer pro bono

Lawyers Martha Karua, Nelson Havi, Ekuru Aukot, Patrick Lumumba and Ahmednasir Abdullahi have all  expressed their willingness to offer legal assistance to rapper King Kaka should Governor Anne Waiguru sue him for pro bono.

According to KingKaka verses, he quoted what transpired when the NYS graft that involved Josephine Kabura accounts. According to her, some of the Scandalous cash was distributed equally to the then the CS devolution Mrs Ann Waiguru and Principal Secretary Peter Mangiti.

After arresting the rapper, DCI on their twitter handle said they have not summoned anybody over the #WanjingaNyinyi rap.

The DCI forgot that news anchors and reporters from different Media channels were heading to DCI offices along Kiambu road where KingKaka was held. 

The Scandal arithmetics during a session with the Parliamentary Accounts Committee in that year, it was established that the ministry also purchased 20 ball pens for Huduma Kenya at a cost of KSh 8,700 each.

According to Ahmednasir, the NYS saga that scammed taxpayers millions of shillings was and still is a matter of public interest whose commentaries should not be treated as defamation.

The NYS lost about KSh 791 million in irregular tendering process during the period the governor was serving as the Cabinet secretary for Devolution.
