DPP Noordin Haji blocks Orengo from representing KPA boss Daniel Hezron Manduku

DPP Noordin Haji blocks Senator James Orengo in court representing KPA boss Daniel Hezron Manduku.

DPP blocked the senior counsel after allegations that the ODM leader Raila Odinga had an interest in the case.

Raila Odinga allegedly sent lawyer James Orengo to represent Hezron Manduku in the KPA case because one of his companies won a tender with KPA. 

Mr. Noordin Hajji has blocked James Orengo and any other lawyer closely related to them in representing Hezron Manduku. 

" We are investigating some companies at the Port which the said lawyers and top officials have an interest, " the DPP said.

A scandal now under investigation. The top officials are off fighting corruption to shielding graft cases.
