A man was Monday charged at Kibera law court with attacking a waitress with a knife, forcing her to suck his manhood, raping her and robbing her of Sh630 from her M-Pesa account.
Charles Mbusiro, however, denied the charge before Kibera senior resident magistrate Boaz Ombewa.
The lady who works as a waitress at Guthurai 44 claimed that the man held her from the back pointed a sharp-pointed knife then directed her to an avocado tree. He forceful undressed her hung her skirt on the avocado tree preceded with his ambition.
"After he ejaculated, he told me to use my dress to clean my private parts and parts too and thereafter chased me away and vowed to kill me if I revealed the matter to anyone as he banged his Manhood on my back ”
Angela told police the man ordered her to surrender all the money she had or risk being killed. She said the man ordered her to reveal her M-Pesa account pin number which he used to transfer cash to his mobile phone. Then he went ahead and took Mshwari Loan Ksh.3000 and KCB Mpesa Loan Ksh. 1400.
He then removed her Simcard from the phone and crushed it with his teeth. He chased her away. The magistrate granted him a bond of Sh600,000 with surety of the same amount as he gave 24th December 2019, as another hearing date.
