According to the workers, the company doesn't give an off. Employees work for Seven days a week,  365 days a year until the employee resigns.

" The working condition is poor. Nothing to run for help in case of emergencies, "

" The wages we get at these stations is very little. We cannot even say that we are working but only pushing days forward, " one of the employees said.

Petro Oil Company in Kenya is on the spot over the alleged poor working conditions for staff working in its over 32 petrol stations countrywide.

The Petro management has however denied the claims saying everything they are doing in the company is according to the human rights given in the constitution and employment act 2012.
