A newly appointed CAS drinks alcohol 12 hours in celebration of new state job, promise accomplished after dirty work

A newly appointed Chief Administrative Secretary is said to have gone on a drinking binge on Wednesday night in celebration. The new CAS accompanied by his colleagues spent a whole night in one of the clubs in Nairobi drinking in celebration for the new job.



The man, said to have earned the appointment for doing some dirty work for certain senior State officials, was seen in the company of a former senator, who is also known for activism, as they drunk the night away.


" Today is the day, lets drink. Shower yourself with beer. Your worst moments can turn to be the best moments, " he said.
