Nyandarua MCAs walk out of President Kenyatta's function at the County Commissioners office after a section of them were denied access after being accused of being Tanga Tanga followers.


In solidarity with the other blocked MCAs, the county assembly speaker Hon. James Wahome Ndegwa and his deputy Hon. Zachary Njeru walked out of President Uhuru Kenyatta meeting together with the other MCAs joining blocked MCAs outside the office.


Nyandarua Governor Francis Kimemia could not hold his temper and he said will deal with the matter after the meeting. 


Before the Meeting at the County commissioners headquarters, President Uhuru Kenyatta today made an impromptu stopover at Kenyatta Road Primary School in Nyandarua County. The President urged the pupils to work hard and be diligent in their studies.

President Uhuru Kenyatta toured Ol'Kalou geothermal project in Nyandarua County for a working tour of the region.


President Uhuru Kenyatta later arrived at Githioro to launch the construction of the Naivasha to Njabini Road. The President later met County officials and Security chiefs at the County headquarters.
