Following the terror attacks in Kenya, tourists changed their destination and docked in Tanzania. The world's most expensive and luxury Azamara club cruise docked in Tanzania ferrying top earners and wealthy people from Japan, the US, UK, Taiwan, Thailand, and China.

The world's largest expensive and luxury cruise ship AZAMARA CRUISE dock in Daresalam, Tanzania with 600 tourists from the United States, Japan, China, Taiwan, the UK among others.

Tourism in Tanzania increased by 5 percent in 2019 following Political, Economical and security instability in Kenya as the first competitor.

The tourists will visit various tourist destination sites in Tanzania for three-five months before leaving for South Africa.

Rwanda had the largest share of tourists following international treaties and partnerships.

Tourism in Kenya is almost a dead sector as dozens of hotels closed down just immediately after the festive season. 

The Majority of hotels in Kenya now depend on local tourism as international tourism is affected by safety threats from terror groups.
