Just before the investigation complete over the four Chinese nationals, Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i issued a new directive.

Interior CS Fred Matiang'i orders deportation of 4 Chinese nationals in court for caning Kenyan worker at Nairobi restaurant. He said the deportation process must start immediately.
