Pizel Company limited is one of the companies that received the deposit from the Polish arms deal company.
Crispin Oduor Odipo is the director of Pizels Company Limited and was arraigned in court on Friday before Senior Principal Magistrate Bernard Ochoi.
It is alleged that one Kozlowski Stanley Bruno sent Ksh.11.5million to the company on the premise that he would be awarded a contract for the supply of military equipment.
Odipo apparently informed Mr. Bruno that the military equipment was for the Ministry of Defense, a fact he knew to be false.
He pleaded not guilty to a total of 13 criminal charges but the prosecution sought to have Odipo renounced bail terms saying that he is facing other pending charges in court.
