14 other Kenyans quarantined at Kenyatta National Hospital awaiting results. The number of Kenyans quarantined has increased from 3 to 14. The government through spokesperson Cyrus Oguna says the COVID-19 has been suppressed and there is no cause of alarm.


More coronavirus gear has been dispatched to Mbagathi Hospital. The Nurses who were on a go-slow, their voices have been cleared.


" There are 35 level 5 county hospitals that have already equipped with the coronavirus gear. We got 15 ambulances that are well equipped for the pandemic from Kenya Red Cross, " Col Cyrus Oguna says.

" The National govt is working closely with county governments to ensure there is the availability of water and sanitizers in public places, "


" There is the idea that ash works; do not go that direction, use clean water and soap, "

" This is more of a prevention war than a medical war. The best way to treat this disease is prevention…in places where you cannot access sanitizers, use soap and water, "

"We have 34 points of entry in this country and we are screening at all of these points, "

" In totality, those that are admitted are 20; 3 more are suspected to have the virus and are awaiting results, 14 are in quarantine awaiting results, "
