Kadzo Gunga, a sign language interpreter on Citizen TV. According to the Consumer Rights Act, as a Kenyan citizen, you have the right to get information.

Now, think of the TV stations that have no sign language interpreters. The deaf also has the right to be informed, but they have been somehow left behind. They don't know the importance of radio.
