The battle for the top seat in Kenya has taken another direction.  The top contenders for the seat are now engaging online over their individual status quo.

The difference between the two is that one inherited from his father and the other one struggled with life.

It started when ODM leader Raila Odinga Posted online referring to hustlers as corrupts.

" The theft of public resources is now called hustling. The sacking of corrupt and incompetent individuals is now called targeting our people. Changing this pattern of events is not going to be easy. But it must and has to be done or we will have no nation to save, " Odinga posted.

After some hours, the self-made king of hustlers, Deputy President William Ruto quoted the tweet and answered on behalf of hustlers.

"  Tinga, the privilege being VP's son is no license for you to insult hustlers. Kenyans hustling as bodabodas, hawkers, traders, small SME's, are NOT thieves but decent hard-working citizens deserving RESPECT. 'Ama mtoto wa maskini akipata ameiba, lakini wa tajiri akiiba ni biashara, " Deputy President William Ruto posted.

Kenyans were not left out of that conversation. Here are some responses.
