Neno Evangelism Centre founder Pastor James Maina Ng’ang’a has revealed his distrust over Kenya’s ability to fight the Coronavirus. He said people cannot compare Chinese doctors with Kenyan doctors.


" If American and Chinese doctors are dying of Coronavirus, what about our Kenyans doctors? Can our doctors fight this disease? Dr Kamau and a  doctor from the US are not the same, " he said.


Through a video that has been doing rounds online, the preacher said it was ironic that Kenya claims to be prepared to fight the virus yet some of the world’s superpowers are struggling to contain it.


“May God help us. I hear it kills even doctors... the Chinese doctors. Let alone doctors from my village… doctor Kamau, it will wipe them all out," he said.


Kenya reported its first case of the Coronavirus on Friday and Health CS Mutahi Kagwe said the patient, a 27-year-old lady from Kitale had landed in the country on March 5, 2020.

" We had fake doctors like doctor Mugo Wa Irimu. Do you think a country with fake doctors, high-level corruption can fight coronavirus?" he said.
