Social media conmen and con-women on the rise due to the tough economy. A Woman in Nakuru cries after a man ran away with a woman belongings.

A lady by the name of Carol Achieng Omondi , who stays in Nakuru town, found herself in the hands of Mr Oyaro K' Oyaro after chatting on social media for three years.

They decided to meet in one of the hotels in Nakuru.

" So yesterday we met in one hotel here in Nakuru where we decided to drink and have fun, talk some Politics and business. After drinks we decided to go to bed together and have fun behind bedsheets and it was really lit, " she said.

" After a busy night I overslept until 8:30am the following day.  The Man was nowhere to be seen.  The Hotel attendant claimed that he did not pay the hotel, " 

" My wallet was stolen, he went with my iPhone and my ATM card and Sh 10,000. I have tried to call him but it looks like he blocked me., I tried to access him on social media with no success. Please if you know Oyaro K' Oyaro please tell him to give back my money and phone. The Man is from Kitale, " she said.

" Since he left me I have been sneezing and coughing too much, " she added.
