" This morning I went to see Baba complain. I reminded Baba that he also has children in Mombasa and while we appreciate his gesture to send food to Kibra he must not forget his children in Mombasa. I am starting my food distribution next week and I wanted him to also remember us in Mombasa, "  he posted

" He graciously arranged to send me some food to distribute on his behalf. I will discuss this with Governor Joho and community leaders on the best way forward and to make sure that as many people benefit as possible. This is a great contribution to Gov. Joho's drive to help our people, " he added.

" We also had long discussions on how best we can revive our economy with job creation and economic incentives post-Corona and SGR. We must prepare for the future, "

" As promised Gulf African Bank stepped up to support Governor Hassan Joho's call for food donations. The bank has donated over 8 tons of food. It has also donated food in Lamu, Malindi, Kilifi, Nakuru and Nairobi. We must all step up and help. If you don't help now, when will you help? Congratulations also to the MD of the Bank Abdalla Abdulkhaliq, " Hon Suleiman Shahbal said.
