3 Fake journalists arrested trying to interview former NACADA boss John Mututho

Three journalist imposters were on Tuesday arrested in Pipeline area of Nakuru Town seeking to interview former NACADA Chairman John Mututho.




The fake journalists, two men and one woman, who posed as Citizen TV crew from Nairobi, failed to identify themselves after they were asked to give their accreditation cards. Mr Mututho raised an alarm to the Police.




The three have been detained at Mwariki Police Station where the vehicle they had used was also seized to help in investigations.



“I’m a citizen of Kenya, you need to understand the difference between Citizen TV and a citizen of this country,” said Peter Manjau, the ring leader of the group said.
