Health CAS Rashid Aman urge politicians to be at the lead in fighting the coronavirus pandemic in the country.

On the other hand, Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi says Kenya needs sober leaders who do not feel as if they are always above the law.

" The measures says no gathering more than 15 people. Only essential services are allowed outside Nairobi. What essential services we're they providing in Kajiado?" Musalia Mudavadi said.

" We need to respect the laws. Luhya meeting cannot be discussed in Kajiado county, " he added.

Speaking on Saturday during the coronavirus updates, the CAS said that all Kenyans should recognize the measures given if the country is to reduce the spread of the virus.

He said the fight requires solidarity and steadfastness in keeping the cause if the country is to win the fight against it.

"It is disturbing and disheartening to observe from time to time the casual manner in which some of us in leadership positions practice the containment measure," He said.
