On the other hand, Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi says Kenya needs sober leaders who do not feel as if they are always above the law.
" The measures says no gathering more than 15 people. Only essential services are allowed outside Nairobi. What essential services we're they providing in Kajiado?" Musalia Mudavadi said.
" We need to respect the laws. Luhya meeting cannot be discussed in Kajiado county, " he added.
Speaking on Saturday during
the coronavirus updates, the CAS said that all Kenyans should recognize
the measures given if the country is to reduce the spread of the virus.
He said the
fight requires solidarity and steadfastness in keeping the cause if the country is
to win the fight against it.
"It is disturbing and disheartening to observe from
time to time the casual manner in which some of us in leadership positions
practice the containment measure," He said.
