Mzee Jackson Kibor wants DNA tests for all his children to confirm they're his before he gives them land.

Following family matters and tussles after the demise of the family stronghold, Mzee Kibor said he needs sanity after his death.

There have been court battles in the fight over the property like the Koinange family, Biwott family among other prominent families.

" To reduce the fight after the burial of the owner of the property due process must be followed. For me, I want to distribute whatever I have equal to my children,"

" I don't want to give equally to children who are not mine.  I want to have DNA tests to all my children, those who I will find to be sired from outside will only inherit from their biological fathers, not me,"

"Let them thank me for giving them food and education but not my land, " he added.

His six children wanted a share of his 2000 hectares land, but they wanted it to happen urgently, Mzee Kibor took the case to court and he won, he has immediately asked for a DNA to determine if they are all his sons.

Mzee Kibor wants DNA tests conducted on his children to ascertain if all of them are his. This comes after he won a court case and reclaimed back a 2000 acres piece of land sons had dispossessed him.

"Those who will not be tested will automatically be out of the list. My boys should all be tested this week," he said.
