Jubilee controversial politician David Murathe says he is still the vice-chairman of the party. He says the resignation letter he wrote did not get a reply.

"I am still Jubilee Vice-Chairman. I wrote a resignation letter to Jubilee Party Leader who's also the appointing authority but I haven't received any communication or response from him," David Murathe said.

" So I don't know if it was accepted or declined. This, therefore, means that I'm unapologetically Vice-Chair and without fear or favour I will continue discharging my duties and responsibilities," he added.

Despite the problems facing the party, the controversial vice-chairman said the party has been stronger.

"We are strong and stable. For those who are doubting you can confirm this with Registrar of Political Parties. The party is very strong and very soon we shall have new formation which will ensure that we unite Kenyans from all corners of the country irrespective of their political inclinations or the language they speak," he added
