Interior CS Fred Matiangi says people will be tested by force in the Coronavirus hotspots areas.


The Cabinet Secretary says people in the hotspots are very indiscipline.


He added that despite giving them time during the day to do their activities they have also faulted curfew.

The hotspots areas include Mombasa Old Town, Kawangware and Eastleigh.


" We have warned several estates due to portraying certain behaviour towards the pandemic but it seems they are not heeding the nature, "


"Some of us have seen the highest indiscipline especially in the old town in Mombasa. We will protect Kenyans who are obeying the orders, he said.


" We cannot continue persuading people who want us to do what they think is right. We will be firm in protecting our people innocent people, "



" Some people in those areas have been behaving badly. Our patience is running out as leaders, and we will move to their house when they like it or not," he insisted.
