Tiktok founder Zhang Yiming is a Chinese internet businessman. He established ByteDance in 2012 and developed the news aggregator Toutiao and the video-sharing platform TikTok. 



The founder says the application was not developed for serious people. The inventor who is among the Chinese startup billionaires announces changes in the App.


The developers have added best encryption on end to end communication. Video uploads will be timed and cropped.


According to the founder, his goal for creating the mobile application was to serve jobless and unstable people in the community.


Going further, he took swipe at India’s poverty rate, and patronization on the app saying he never expected much of ‘this kind of people’ in India.



However, the Indian Government has banned the use of TikTok in their country.
