Coast-based County Secretary graduated with a Masters degree before doing Bachelors

A county secretary from the Coast boasts saying he has saved his boss from the hands of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission.

The county secretary is said to have used his education and witchcraft to save his boss from the hands of EACC boss Twalib Mbarak through EACC Coast regional boss, Mr Mutembei Nyaga.

According to the sources from his close allies and the county public service board, the county secretary education is questionable.

The county secretary is said to have graduated with a masters degree before doing his bachelors degree.

The Man got his masters degree in 2009 from an international university in Kenya then acquired his bachelor's degree certificate in 2013 from a foreign country university.

The man is also said to have obtained a diploma in international relations the same year with other two diplomas in community development and Public relations respectively.

The genius county secretary now wants a political seat come 2022 in one of the coastal constituencies.
