According to the documents submitted by Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru, Pauline Kamau has been the centre stage person behind all the tenders given in the county.

The faces behind grand theft in Kirinyaga, some were behind NYS 1 and NYS 2 saga. Mrs Anne Waiguru, Josephine Kabura and her best friend Pauline Kamau who chairs almost all tendering committees in that county were featured in the former NYS sagas.
Pauline Kamau appeared alongside CS Waiguru at The NYS (791m alleged theft) Public Accounts Committee (PAC) Hearing sessions when Mrs Anne Waiguru was the Cabinet Secretary Devolution.
