 Governor Anne Waiguru suffered yet another setback after the High Court dismissed her application that sought to nullify her impeachment by the Kirinyaga County Assembly.


Meanwhile, Protesters continue being on the streets of Kirinyaga county to give a message to the Senate to continue impeaching Governor Anne Waiguru.


Governor Anne Waiguru is accused of misuse of office and corruption. MCAs on the other way pleaded with the senate, kneeling saying, the governor must be impeached.


Traders at the busy Kutus market temporarily abandoned their work to join in the demonstration as work continue unhindered because of the presence of the nearly 700 demonstrators.


During the demo, some locals drove on motorcycles while others walked on foot carrying placards and twigs, also urging President Uhuru Kenyatta to demonstrate with actions that he is against corruption.
