Deputy President William Ruto taunts after a newspaper headline quoting him as an observer in his Government.

Tweeting, the Deputy President said at least no one would accuse him of the merciless graft that has grappled the Health Ministry.

“At least for once it won’t be possible to be blamed for what someone said, “started in Wuhan as a virus, landed in Italy as a pandemic and now in Kenya as a multi-billion shilling corruption enterprise”. Wacha niendelee kama spectator. ISORAIT,” DP Ruto Tweeted.

The Standard Newspaper headline mentioned DP Ruto as an onlooker in an administration he supported in formation.

The newspaper described him as a fan refuting claims that he had been sidelined, he had been humbled to holding tea parties at his Karen home with no clear role in the state.

However,  DP Ruto has not publicly confessed a disintegration of his connection with President Uhuru Kenyatta, the restructuring has left him without a clear role.
