Parliamentary Service Commission now moves to court to challenge the advisory on parliament dissolution.

Now pressure mounts on President Uhuru Kenyatta to move on swiftly on the Chief Justice David Maraga’s advisory calling for the dissolution of Parliament.

However, already ODM leader Raila Odinga's associates have ganged up against the judicial president.

The legislators openly mocked and criticized the president of the Supreme Court asking him to retire early.

The MPs says the CJ has advanced his attack to the head of state and now wants to destroy his President Uhuru Kenyatta legacy.

PSC chair Justin Muturi, who doubles to be the Speaker of the National Assembly, described the advisory over the failure of Parliament to accomplish the two-thirds gender rule “ill-advised, premature and illegal."
