The March 2018 Handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and opposition leader Raila Odinga created a document of healing, security maximization, youth empowerment, historical land injustice among others that Kenyans provided their views.
The two leaders created political reform in the country with a view of ending Post-election violence and other injustices described in different communities.
BBI has taken centre stage views that were collected across the country by a task force led by Garissa Senator Yusuf Haji.
Kenyans now can read, understand, decide and vote if the document is subjected to a referendum. It may also go through the parliament where the legislators will be able to debate it and later vote.
