Hilarious reactions from Kenyans after Raila lashed out to DP Ruto on Wheelbarrow campaign

ODM leader Raila Odinga now attacks Deputy President William Ruto over his ‘wheelbarrow’ campaign.

The wheelbarrows that the DP gave to the youth at his Karen home are not the answer to unemployment.


“Wheelbarrow unapatia kijana na hujamuonyesha pa kujenga, kijana anaishi mtaani yeye sio mwanakandarasi, atafanya nini na wheelbarrow?” the ODM leader said.


His thoughts come two weeks after DP Ruto delivered wheelbarrows, Carts and other items to youth and women groups from Nairobi County in what he said was a bid for creation of jobs.


The DP has been hosting numerous groups at his home. He says his priority is to help relieve Kenyans from poverty.

Critics, however, allege that this is a craft to pull support from the grassroots for his State House quest.


“Unajiita hustler, sisi ndio tunajua mambo ya ukombozi. Harakati ya ukombozi wa pili tulifanya bila ya kusaidiwa na watu wengine. WaKenya walipoteza maisha kwa kuleta ukombozi wa pili, " Raila said.

" Wengi walilala kule gerezani. Tunajua wakombozi ni kina nani. Tunajua wale waliokuwa wanazuia ukombozi. Nani hajui YK92? Na hao sasa ndio wanakuja kutekeleza ukombizi? Ukombozi hauwezi kuletwa na unafiki,” the ODM leader added.

However, Kenyans on social media are urging the ODM boss to help to build the nation.

" If one is giving out a wheelbarrow another one should be giving out the spade and Raila Odinga to give a place to construct a house. That how you finish housing problems in Kenya, " a netizen posted.

" Has Raila ever donated anything to anyone? Money is money buana ata ikue corruption money. Molasses, KQ and Railways scandal hata shilingi hatoi, " Netizen posted.
