Deputy President William Ruto meets over 200 leaders(MPs, Governors, Senators) at his Karen home

 

 

Deputy President William Ruto meets associates at his Karen home for consensus-building on the legal reforms introduced by the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) bill.


150 MPs in attendance among them are MPS Caleb Kositany (Soy), Moses Kuria (Gatundu South), Owen Baya (Kilifi North), Aden Duale(Garissa town) and Aisha Jumwa (Malindi).

Over 10 Senators present in the meeting including Senator Millicent Omanga, Senator Susan Kihika, Senator Kipchumba Murkomen among others.


Over 15 Governors were also present including Jackson Mandago (Uasin Gishu), Josphat Nanok (Turkana), Stephen Sang (Nandi), Moses Lenolkulal (Samburu), Prof Kivutha Kibwana(Makueni) and Salim Mvurya(Kwale).

The meeting has sent Kieleweke faction to the drawing board. The majority are now looking forward on how to encounter the meeting.
