Coast musician Cannibal shocked his fans when he was explaining how he shifted to the gospel from secular music.
Cannibal the Chosen has been in the industry since the 1990s.
Speaking to Mbuvi on Cofee with Mbuvi, he revealed what he went through in the secular world.
The artist exposed the secret details that connected him with satanic deeds introduced to him by a Tanzanian man.
Cannibal at that time he rose to stardom and started making money from music and his parents chose to now fully support his career as it bore fruits.
His music was at the peak, later met Sharama. They brought other groups include MauMau from Nairobi and Ukoo flani from his hometown in Mombasa in various projects.
The Duos life took a different turn when they met with a Tanzanian guy who was interested in Cannibal and Sharama.
With the act of kindness in their hometown, he decided to invite the man over since he was from the neighbouring country.
The man openly revealed to him that he can be able to fly at night, Cannibal didn’t carry the information with much weight as practising black magic is not a new thing in Mombasa.
The guy also revealed that has 324 demon agents commonly known as majini in Swahili.
Cannibal still did not take the news seriously and dismissed the information.
Cannibal’s mother became interested and told the man she would like to see the agents with her own eyes. With permission from Cannibal’s father, he determined to expose his identity.
The man asked for a clean sheet and garlic and switched the lights off in the sitting room.
He placed garlic on his mouth and chewed it, the sound that Cannibal heard he defines it as that of chopping wood then came to a strong wind.
The Voice shifted to that of an old man. He disappeared and things changed.
They began to live with demons in their house as the house was possessed for welcoming the devil.
Cannibal started feeding on dead human flesh unknowingly given to him by the Tanzanian man who was stuck in their house.
According to the man feeding on the flesh would make him a big star and to shine in the music industry.
Problems commenced as shows disappeared, his music varnished until the family was unable to put food on the table. Poverty hit their house.
This was to him the opposite of what the man had promised about his career.
Cannibal was now communicating with the demons from midnight to morning(12 am to 4 am)
He was made aware of things before they happen such as his cheating girlfriend, who she was with, where and how they were dressed and their meeting point among others. That scared his former lover who opted to ditch the relationship.
He would then get severely sick and when taken to hospital doctors find nothing. Demons would suck his blood as he had no strength in his body and couldn’t even eat.
One day his mother met a woman of God who later introduced her to a prophetess who would pray for the family to drive the demons out.
The journey to salvation started and he decided to go for Gospel as his choice not by will but with the things that transpired in his life.
Before meeting the Tanzania Witchdoctor, Cannibal was in the process of hooking up with a UK based promoter who was in Illuminati and wanted him to make a blood sacrifice to sign him on an international label.
He added that one day he met an attractive woman in a club within Mombasa who was possessed by the devil and her identity was revealed when she accompanied Cannibal to church.
From there the spirit of God came upon him and that is when he decided to start a new life in the gospel industry.
