Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru announce that Wang'uru stadium to be complete this year

Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru states that the Wang'uru stadium will be ready by December 2021. 

The stadium financed by the national government will be complete after President Uhuru Kenyatta directive. 

"The role of sports in a community cannot be overemphasized. My request to His Excellency the President to have Wang’uru stadium upgraded was granted and I am happy to report that the work is progressing well, " said Governor Waiguru when she was addressing the Kirinyaga county assembly. 

" This is not only to employ our Youths but the stadium will also help support grassroots talent, " she added.
